In this tutorial, we will learn how to activate and set up notification flows on your store.
Go to Notifications and click on Activate for the notification you want to enable.
Once the notification is activated, it will be sent whenever the associated event occurs.
You can customize your notification message template, set a time delay, and add dynamic values to your message. We will explore these features one by one.
To insert dynamic values, such as the Order Number (which varies for each order), click the Dynamic Values button.
To include a dynamic value, like the order number, copy the (order_number)
string and paste it exactly as shown in your message template.
Now, (order_number)
will be automatically replaced with the correct order number for each message.
You can also add a specific time delay before sending the SMS. When you do this, the notification will be sent after the specified delay for the respective trigger.
