Recharge Your Account
In this guide, we will explain how to recharge your account and use your balance to send SMS messages.
Please Note
You can use your balance to send SMS only if you’re using Airnote's default gateway and have not connected a third-party gateway.
How to Recharge Your Account
- Go to Settings and click on Recharge.
- Enter the Payment Amount and click on Continue.
Processing Fees
A 2.9% processing fee will be applied to your recharge amount due to Shopify's one-time charges. To avoid this fee, consider connecting your own SMS gateway.
- After clicking Continue, you will be redirected to the charge page. There, click on Approve for the one-time charge created for you.
After your charge is approved, your balance will be credited to your account within 2-3 minutes.
How Is Your Account Balance Used?
When you send SMS using Airnote's default gateway, the cost per message will be deducted from your balance for each message sent. The cost depends on the number of segments (each segment is 160 characters) and the country you’re sending to.
